This will act as an adhesive for your eye shadow.

(Pick a color that matches your liner. Because our model is wearing a plum liner to match her green eyes, her pigment is a silvery pink. For blue eyes try an orangey pink, and for brown go a little brighter with a fuscia. Loose color powders like M.A.C.’s eye Pigments give the perfect sheer wash of color for this look.)
