TONE
1. Stand on a step, curb, or sturdy, flat box. Slide back so your heels are hanging off the edge.
2. Stand up on tiptoe, hold for three seconds, then lower back to position 1. (It might help to touch a wall for balance.) Do two sets of 20, once a day.
