Okay, so today we have some pretty bizarre celeb gossip— in some good ways and some well, just yes, bizarre. First off, Jessica Simpson wants to have a baby. But as we all know, Jessica isn’t in a relationship. The solution? Get artificially inseminated from her best friend/hair dresser Ken Paves, who also wants to have a baby, but is gay. Well, this is at least what Dlisted is reporting. Sounds a bit far fetched to me.

It is rumored that Britney Spears may make an appearance at The Emmy’s to apologize for her performance at the VMAs, says Dlisted. This just makes no sense to me. First off, isn’t the Emmy’s for TV (well I guess it’s MTV?) and yes, she didn’t perform well at all, but who does she have to apologize to? I guess it would again, get tons of people to watch. Maybe. Do you guys think Britney needs to say sorry?

And finally my favorite news of the day— Collin Farrel, in Toronto for film the film festival, decided to take a homeless man on an incredible shopping spree, says Hollywood Rag. He spent $2,100 buying the man waterproof jackets, pants, boots, socks and a sleeping bag. He also gave the man money to get a room. Apparently, this is not the first person Colin has helped out, he makes a point to do it a lot. Well, that is amazing. Why can’t more celebs be like that?
