beware of cyberstalkers!

Hey CG!s, how you ever been harassed on the Internet? Or had the Internet used against you? I heard this was going on but I didn't know anyone who had been a victim until now. I just found out it happened to a good friend of mine. Her ex-boyfriend's ex-girlfriend has this grudge against her and has made a fake Facebook profile to stir up trouble, like sending emails to her Top Friends saying,"Sorry I hit on your boyfriend." This girl also posted a fake ad on Craig's List with my friend's phone number on it. My friend was getting 20 calls a day for a dream apartment she was supposedly renting. Luckily, no real harm was done and my friend has filed a police report. But it just goes to show you how vulnerable we can be in this day and age.
