new york auto show!

I totally forgot to tell you that this weekend, I went to the New York International Automobile Show! You can still go...the last day is this Sunday, April 15. I must admit, I'm not car-obsessed, but I still had the best time looking at all the upcoming car models, especially the ridiculously fancy ones for Ferrari, Lotus and Aston Martin (that's the car that all the guys bought on Entourage last season)

My boyfriend loves BMWs, so we spent most of the time in that section of the show. I couldn't believe how many people waited in line just to sit in a car to "test" it out. This is the car (in the picture above) that I loved the most--the BMW X5. Hey, a girl can dream right? But I won't be buying a car any time soon...the bus and subway are my wheels in New York City!

When I turned 16, I got my first car, a black Pontiac Grand Prix, and I loved that car so much. My girlfriends and I named it the "Cher-mobile." Yes, I know that's corny, but I was beyond excited. I had to sell it when I moved to New York--so sad. So what's your dream car? And tell me the funny nicknames you have for the car you drive now!
