The Devil Wears Prada on DVD

I'm so excited that one of my favorite movies of 2006 The Devil Wears Prada ­is out on DVD today. For those of you who aren't familiar with the story, Anne Hathaway plays Andy, a just-out-of-college young woman who moves to New York City to pursue a job at a magazine. She winds up getting a job at Runway, an ultra-glam, high-fashion magazine (it's fictitious�Runway doesn't really exist!) and working for the editor-in-chief who just happens to be the boss from hell, Miranda Priestly (played by Meryl Streep). As the story progresses, Andy tries to juggle her high-stress job and getting her foot in the door of the magazine world with having a boyfriend, hanging out with her friends, and trying to not go insane!

Since I work at a magazine, I'm naturally in love with the book and movie. Seriously, though, CG! is hardly anything like Runway. There are lots of differences between my job and Andy's; one of them is the fact that I never borrow designer clothes from CG!'s fashion closet, ha ha!

Watch the movie and let me know if you liked it. I, for one, am definitely asking Santa to stuff this DVD into my stocking this year! And for all you CG!s who have nada to do over your winter break and want a quick read, I highly recommend the book. :)
