Since all my fellow bloggers have been posting a lot about working out, triathalons, and healthy peanut butter, I thought I'd continue the trend by talking about ice cream. Better-for-you ice cream, that is. See, the folks at Ben & Jerry's are famous for making some of the most delicious flavors on the face of this earth, but it's no shock that they aren't that healthy for you. I mean, having a scoop of the stuff once in a while is totally fine, but if you're as ice-cream-obsessed as I am, you can probably devour an entire pint in one sitting. I'm really not a fan of the half cup portion of ice cream (and cereal, for that matter...I mean, who eats a half cup of cereal?!) so I always try really hard to control myself around the stuff.
