From The Killers to Hannah Montana, it seems like the entire music industry was here in New York this week and I was lucky enough to get to check out some of the live shows!

Last night, I caught The Fray's show at Hammerstein Ballroom. I've seen everyone from Relient K and MxPx to Ashlee Simpson and Jesse McCartney perform there and I had never seen it so packed with screaming fans! I have to admit, I didn't know much more about them than what I had been calling the "Grey's Anatomy song." But boy did these guys know how to put on a show! Between Isaac Slade's swoon-worthy singing and Ben Wysocki's hot drum beats, it was hard know where to focus! As much as I loved all their songs, I would have been perfectly content if they just played "Over My Head" over and over... I think I'm obsessed! And guess what, the guys are opening for the Rolling Stones this week in Atlantic City! Talk about a career highlight!

On Tuesday night, I stopped by Stacie Orrico's showcase. Remember her hit "Stuck" a few years ago? Well, little Stacie is all grown-up with better music to match (her album comes out in January). "So Simple" is simply going to be a radio hit! Plus I was super-impressed with her casually simple wardrobe—layered tanks and an oversized belt! Made me want to go belt-shopping! Ha!

I also stopped by Matt White's show. If you were ever as obsessed with every track off of Ryan Cabrera's first album "Take it All Away" as I was, then Matt's going to blow you away. You probably already heard "Miracles" on Laguna Beach. Seriously, I can't even tell you which song to look for—they were all incredible. Only bad news is that we have to wait until next spring for the album. And Matt's not just a talented performer, he's totally hilarious and fun as well!
