Is he just not that into me?

Your tips about guys have been fantastic! I'm going to take your advice about the ex-BF and just hold off on trying to get back with him.

So, since I'm exploring other dating options, I have to tell you about this cute, new guy I met. I was at a party, and I met him while I was chatting with my girlfriends. We sat and talked for a while—he was very cute—and before he left, he asked for my telephone number.

This all happened on a Friday, so imagine my disappointment when the next Friday rolled around and I hadn't heard from him! He finally texted me that Friday afternoon, and said that he had been busy but he wanted to go out next week. I texted him back and said that was cool, and told him to call me to pick a date. He texted back and said he'd call me over the weekend—but he never called! Now I know guys can sometimes get nervous to call just like we do. It's tough to have that first phone convo after meeting someone. But when I guy say's he'll call but doesn't, it makes you wonder if he really likes you. How do you tell if a guy really likes you, or if he's just not that into you?
