If I don't have good music to listen to (or something good to watch), I cannot stay at the gym for more than a few minutes. My gym playlist is filled with upbeat music, and this morning, I kept playing the same song over and over again: "Give it to me" featuring Timberland, Nelly Furtado Justin Timberlake. I actually played it three times in a row, and I ended up staying on the treadmill for an extra 10 minutes and that's quite a feat!
