TomKat: What's going on?!

November 17, 2006 at 12:10PM by Katie Connor |

I used to love Katie Holmes, actually no, I used to love Joey Potter as in the cute tomboy that Dawson Leary and Pacey Witter drooled over on "The Creek." See, Dawson's Creek was my One Tree Hill in high school. And whenever I find myself at home on a weekday, my favorite thing to do is watch Dawson reruns on TBS. But something's different now and I think it has to do with a new Tom-boy who's entered the picture—Tom Cruise.

He's taken Joey Potter, er, I mean Katie Holmes from me! I can't help but look at her sometimes and think, 'What are you doing? He's bonkers!' I can't even enjoy Dawson's Creek as much as I used to.

Is it me but is there way too much coverage of Tom and Katie's wedding on the news? And I'm not talking about Access Hollywood or The Insider, I'm talking about the local evening news. Something reeks of rotten fish about all of this. Could it all be one huge publicity stunt? I can't decide. You tell me.

Heart,
Katie
