my first beauty event at cg!

Holy Crap! I totally forgot to tell you guys about the first beauty event I attended a few weeks ago. Nivea was launching their new line of skincare for men and a bunch of beauty editors from different magazines were there. For anyone that doesn't know what beauty events are like, here's an idea: Usually, the company provides some snacks for you to munch on while they present the "news" to educate you on their new products. After their presentation, they send you away with products to try — the coolest part is that they're usually not out on the market yet so it's truly a preview. At this particular event, they also had some exciting entertainment, The Harlem Magic Masters! They're some of the coolest guys in basketball, and they're known for performing all kinds of crazy tricks. Nivea invited them to help promote the idea of "active" guys using these products. I was definitely impressed!

So ladies, what do you think about the new trend in men using more skincare products and devoting more time to treating their skin the same way we do? Do you have any products you like to steal from your bf or brother?
