hair that screams blah

Hey CG!’s, maybe you can help me out! I’m so tired of my ordinary hair. It always hangs straight and flat and even if I curl it, it never holds up for long.

You know Mandy Moore’s plain-Jane hair in A Walk to Remember? Yeah, that’s me — only blonde. My hair is just blah. People don’t look at my hair in envy wondering where I got it done; they don't look at it at all because it’s so unexciting.

Trust me, my complaints aren’t for lack of effort, because I’ve tried everything, from hair accessories to bangs and highlights to wearing hats on a regular basis. In fact, I am often found wearing a headband to offset my boring ’do. I’ve also tried giving my hair some substance by using different styling products, but it just ends up looking like a big mess.

So, spill! What are your hairstyling secrets? How can I transform my hair from drab to fab? Anyone else have this problem, and if so, what did you do?
