I can't stop shopping for feather headbands! I've been eyeing them since I saw Carrie Bradshaw wearing that feather...or was it a bird...in her hair on her wedding day in the Sex in the City movie. I love the look, but trying an SJP trend is risky.

On my search, I found a few pricy but fabulous feather hair accessories. I'm in love with the Feather Fluff Headband from Intermix and the Christine Headband from Pluma. Barney's has an awesome extra wide feather headband by Jennifer Ouellette.

There are affordable feather accessories in stores for girls on a budget. Urban Oufitters' Crystal Plumage Hair Clip and Plumage Headband are perfect – not too big, not too small – for only $24 each. Lulu's has similar accessories – the Wood Nymph Feathered Headband, $22, and the Peacock Feather Hair Clip, $9.

I'd wear a feather headband anywhere – class, work, even a night out. If you try this trend for daytime, make sure you don’t look like you’re about to take flight. Start with a small accessory and work your way up!

Okay, so I found my perfect headband, but I can’t end an online shopping trip without searching for shoes. It's so easy now with tons of Websites offering free shipping and return shipping. I’m between sizes, so I can order both and return the one that doesn’t fit.

My favorite site is Endless.com, because their selection is endless! (Corny, I know.) They’ve got everything from Betsey Johnson to Birkenstocks. I find something new every time I shop. Today I love the Betseyville Lara Pumps, $75, and the Carlos by Carlos Santana Cage Ankle Strap Sandals, $55.

Heels.com has some great styles, also with free shipping. These patent leather BCBGirls Malaya Heels, $93, are hot!
