Wow! From Lindsay to Britney, this has certainly been a big week in the world of celebrity gossip— of course, I was out of the of the office for most of it, but a girl needs a vacation, you know. Anyway, I'm back and today we will start off with a little Nicole Richie. She is in court as I'm writing this for her DUI arrest after she entered the freeway going the wrong way, says TMZ. Since this is Nicole's second DUI, she will most likely have to go to jail. But not for as long as Paris, and certainly not for as long as Lindsay will (some experts are saying Lindsay may be behind bars for 180 days).

In more Lindsay Lohan news, three guys are speaking out saying they were in the car with her the night of the chase/DUI/arrest. If you want the whole story (it's a long one) check it out here. But I will tell you that Lindsay is saying she wasn't driving the car and the guys are saying that Lindsay was drunk and shouting, "I can't get in trouble. I'm a celebrity. I can do whatever I want." Oh when, oh when, will we know the truth?

Jessica Alba is single! Oh, the men of Hollywood must be so excited. Jessica broke it off with her boyfriend of 2 1/2 years, Cash Warren, over the phone, says Hollywood Rag. She told him that she wasn’t in love with him anymore and then sent her aide to make sure he packed his stuff up and moved out of the house they shared. Wow, kinda harsh Jess.
