Perfume Withdrawals

Perfume Perfect

Here’s the story: I am a perfume lover who just moved to New York and did not bring any perfume. I was afraid something terrible would happen to my precious scents in the suitcase (like losing a cap and spraying everywhere or getting thrown away by an irritable airport security member during a random a search), and I was attempting to keep my bags underweight (they were too heavy anyways).

I figured my parents would send me my perfumes swathed in Bubble Wrap ASAP, but they haven’t gotten around to it yet. In my desperation, I was suckered into buying a bottle of Miss Dior Chérie for $20 from a street vendor this weekend. Of course, I arrived home to find that my new "perfume" was slightly scented water inside a scratched and half-empty bottle.

Not only am I angry about the $20 water I bought, but I am also tired of feeling naked everyday without perfume (I swear people can smell that I have no smell). Because my parents are busy people and I simply cannot wait any longer (and I love to buy perfume anyways), I have decided it's time to go to Macy's and buy a new perfume!

My perfumes at home are Marc Jacobs Daisy, Kenzo Amour, and Vera Wang Princess, so those are off the market. Besides these three, what are your favorite perfumes? Help me decide what I should buy next!

XOXO,
Molly
