Well, obviously the big news of the day is that Paris Hilton is out of jail, said TMZ and every other media outlet in the world. She was in a great mood as she left the jail smiling and waving. She even hugged a few police officers, and of course, her mom, before she jumped into their SUV and was chased by the paparazzi all the way home. Check out pics.

Dlisted has been reporting that even though Justin Timberlake has his lady Jessica Biel by his side for his European tour, it hasn't been making him in the best mood. Well, actually, it's his fans that he hasn't been very nice to. Supposedly, he spit on some from his hotel window, refused to give autographs and said a few nasty things that are not worth repeating. What is he so angry about?

Poor Mama Spears— her "Crazy" daughter is now trying to file a restraining order against her so she cannot see her grandkids, says Hollywood Rag. She is claiming that her mother is abusing pain killers, but supposedly she is really mad that her mom visited the kids at Kevin Federline's home. I thought they were patching things up? So sad.

Just a few random celeb sightings— first Matthew McConaughey and Alanis Morissette were hanging out together on the beach in Malibu. Sort of random, yes? Next, imagine you walk into a restauraunt and Penelope Cruz, Shakira, Demi Moore, Ashton Kutcher and Madonna were all having dinner. The group all had dinner at a hip restaurant in NYC this week. Ashton is one lucky man!
