so you think you can dance?

One of my favorite hobbies is to dance. When I was younger, I took ballet, tap, and jazz, and now, well, now I go out dancing or strut my stuff around my apartment while doing dishes or vacuuming. I was hooked on shows like Fame, where each week I could tune in to watch teens just like me perform. Once dance competitions jumped on the reality-TV-show bandwagon, I was hooked! My favorite one, and one of the first to hit TV — So You Think You Can Dance — made me miss my weekly lessons. So, you can imagine my surprise when they called me and asked me to be on the show! Just kidding! Actually, dancing around my apartment for 15 minutes leaves me breathless, let alone having to do it for hours on end each day like the dancers of So You Think You Can Dance do. But, they did call to offer this amazing opportunity for a lucky CosmoGIRL! reader!
