Time to Travel Abroad

Do you ever get the urge to just go travel? Even while I'm walking around the hectic streets of NYC I get distracted dreaming about seeing other parts of the world! So far I've been to the Caribbean, South America, Europe and various locations in the United States. Every time I go to a place that's completely different from my hometown on the East Coast, I get a thrill that leaves me craving to see more! There's something so exciting about being free in another country and trying new things. I'm from a very small, suburban town where the highlight of my week can easily be going to the movies or a local mall.

When I went to South America, I went white-water rafting in class three rapids, hiked up a mountain that was over 14,000 feet tall and swam in the Amazon jungle! I think a trip like that definitely made me consider trying out new places and things all over the world! Sometimes a sense of adventure and a good challenge definitely boosts my spirits and helps me discover things about myself that I would never find in my small hometown (Like my love of being outdoors!). After traveling to South America I've added more places to my list of must-visits. I still want to go to China and climb the great wall, swim in Australian waters, and go shopping in Venice! When it comes to traveling...the sky's the limit!
