this cool tool tells you where you should live!

If you're anything like me, you probably wonder where you'll live someday. Right? I'm sure even if you love your hometown, you can picture yourself living somewhere else, or at least trying out a few other places to live. For example, I grew up in New York City (Brooklyn, to be exact). I love it so much that I can really never see myself leaving NYC because there are so many things here that I'm familiar with and that make it such a cool place to live. But (brace yourself for some random weirdess!) I've always secretly wanted to try living in Arizona or Texas. I'm obsessed with those two states, which is odd because I've never ever been there. I think my AZ and TX obsession stems from the fact that I love hot weather and that those two places are pretty much polar opposites from the Big Apple. Do any of you have obsessions with places you've never been to?

You're probably wondering where this is going...well, this weekend a friend sent me a link to a website called Findyourspot.com and it's really cool. You answer a bunch of questions about what type of weather you like, whether or not you like big cities or small towns, whether or not you like outdoor sports, what kind of activities you enjoy, etc. and it gives you the best matches for you to live in the U.S. I answered everything and, lo and behold, it said that Phoenix, Arizona is a great match for me (along with San Diego, CA). I just thought it was so cool how it generated a city that I should live based on all my preferences. Even if it's just for fun and you don't plan on actually packing up and heading for the hills (or beach, or desert...), you should give it a try. Let me know the results that you girls get...I'm curious!
