A couple of days ago I shot a video for the "Girlfriend" remix with Lil Mama. She's so cool and we had a blast! Music videos are way too much fun. We shot in L.A. and got to ride scooters and drive in a hot pink convertible. Lil Mama, the dancers and I spent two days prior to the video rehearsing for our dance routine. Next Sunday I'm gonna be at the MuchMusic Video Awards in Toronto. I cant wait. I love going back home to Canada. Then off to Europe for shows. Wishing you all a great summer.

I'm really happy to be doing this blog for CosmoGIRL! I have had a really busy couple of weeks, having just returned back to the US from a promo trip in Japan, Hong Kong and Australia. Last week I did a surprise concert in Times Square for Jimmy Kimmel Live. It was pouring rain and we sang outside on a stage that was four stories high. It's so much fun to play my new songs for everyone. Thanks to all of you who support me.
