The Bella Cullen Project

IF YOU WERE THE CASTING DIRECTOR FOR THE TWILIGHT MOVIE, WHO WOULD YOU CAST AS EDWARD, AND WHO WOULD YOU CAST YOURSELF AS?

ALLY: Oh, my goodness, that's a really difficult question. I guess I was thinking of that French guy Gaspard Ulliel [an actor] — I just think he's really hot. Not that I actually thought of him as Edward. But I think they did a really good job with Robert Pattinson. For my role, I think I would have to go for Bella, but if I had to play an evil character, I would go for Victoria.
TORI: I don't know. I think it would just have to be the Edward in my head!
CHANDLER: Robert Pattinson is really good. He looks perfect! For me, I would say Bella, because there are so many cute guys after her, but I think Alice is pretty awesome. She's so cool. I would go with Alice.

ANY FAVORITE SONGS FROM YOUR NEW SELF-TITLED ALBUM?

TORI: I think my favorite song has to be "We Don't Need No Stinking Fangs" [laughs]. That one is just so fun. It's just really fun to play and I have a lot of fun performing it.
CHANDLER: [Recording the album] was crazy because you'd never think that you'd be listening to a professional track with your voice and your lyrics. We would go in for a couple of hours every day and it was kind of a long process, but it was a lot of fun to collaborate. So far, we've sold a lot on our Website and we got a lot of international orders to places like Spain and the U.K.
ALLY: And we've gotten some orders from Barnes & Noble and stuff, and those have been some pretty big orders.

DO YOU HAVE ANY ADVICE FOR GIRLS WHO WANT TO START THEIR OWN BAND?

CHANDLER: My best advice would be to practice a lot. Just throw yourself and your music out there. I used to have a lot of stage fright, but once I started performing more and more, I got really comfortable.
ALLY: I would say that I think it was a really good idea that we were friends beforehand. You don't realize that you're going to spend this much time with people, and you end up spending 90 percent of your time with them.
TORI: I would probably say, "Do it." If you can play an instrument, if you can write songs, just do it. It's really just uplifting to see everything that's going on around you and know you caused it just by writing a song. Yeah, just do it!
