"Some Pontiac dealers were looking for an agency to do their TV campaign. We had no experience in TV yet, so we came up with a fun stunt. We sent them car parts every hour — a steering wheel with a note that read, ‘We’ll steer you in the right direction,’ a headlight with, ‘We’ll give you bright ideas.’ To get in a door that won’t naturally open for you, you have to think outside the box."
