HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR MUSIC?

It\'s a lot of pop but there are a couple ballads in there. My favorite song on the CD is a ballad called \"Everything Changes.\" It\'s about how everything can change and it hurts sometimes, but you just have to go with the flow and everything will turn out okay.

DO YOU PREFER SINGING OR ACTING OVER THE OTHER?

It\'s really hard because I love both of them so much. With acting, it is so much fun because I get to be a completely different person, especially on the show because I am not anything like my character LuLu — I get to play a crazy person! But I really enjoy listening to music and singing. I love being able to tell are story through music…so it\'s a tie!

SO DO YOU RELATE TO LULU AT ALL?

Well LuLu is very outgoing. She likes to make the best of life and is always happy. But she is very innocent and clueless and gets distracted very easily, you know, she\'ll get distracted by the blinds in the office if they look really cool. She is so crazy and out there, but so much fun. I am also a really outgoing and happy kind of person, but I am not ditsy or distracted at all. I am very focused. So it\'s fun to have to channel that part of me when I play Lulu. I kind of jump around before each take and get some energy in me.

WHAT DO YOU DO FOR FUN WHEN YOU\'RE NOT WORKING?

I have a poodle named Annie who I got for a birthday a few years ago, so I love playing with her. I also watch movies and read a lot. I am a bookworm. Right now, I am reading The Lovely Bones, and it is turning out to be a great book! The Twilight series is also one of my favorites! I wasn\'t really into it at first, but all my friends had the books and they were like, \'Read it!\' I don\'t normally like vampire stories, but they told me it wasn\'t really your typical vampire story so I finally picked it and I read it in one night! I think I stayed up until six in the morning trying to read that thing, oh my gosh it was so good. I actually saw the movie with Jennette McCurdy from ICarly and loved that too!

HOW WOULD YOU DESCRIBE YOUR FASHION AND BEAUTY SENSE?

Well I am learning a lot about style from the show of course — we have such cool outfits. But I usually shop at Forever 21, Papaya, Wet Seal, and Anthropologie. I am a skinny jeans, boots, and layered T-shirts kind of girl. I throw that on and then I leave the house. As for beauty I use, I use Clinque face soap and moisturizer. For every day the only makeup I put on is eyeliner and mascara. I very rarely put more than that, oh but of course lip gloss! Lip gloss is a must!
