Yes. I was always making home movies. I would film fake commercials for things I’d make up, like pillow companies. Anything you could film, I’d film and act in it. I made my neighbor be my camerawoman. It’s really funny because there’s, like, one shot of her in, I don’t know, 48 hours of footage. It’s all me — it’s really embarrassing! A couple of my friends from school are like, "Oh, my gosh, I always knew you were going to be a successful actress. You were always making those weird videos!"

I used to want to. I used to feel like I needed to prove that I can do other things besides comedy. I’d love to do some more-dramatic stuff at some point, but I want to stick mostly to comedy. I love it!

[I think] everybody acts differently around different crowds. In high school, I would open up and be incredibly silly and goofy with my close friends, and then with other people that I wasn’t very close with, I would retreat into my shell.
