Just what your iPod needed…

Okay so honestly I haven’t been able to really keep up with American Idol this season because of school and all. But I did watch the finale last week and I — a non-committed Idol watcher — am shocked with the results.
While watching the finale, it seemed clear by the audience screams that Adam Lambert was going to take the season. I will admit that I was secretly hoping that Kris Allen would win (he is just so cute!), but in my opinion Kris isn’t as versatile and/or as talented as Adam. So initially I was excited for Kris to win, but now that I think about it, Adam more accurately fits the "American Idol" description. Maybe this will turn into a Jennifer Hudson episode and Adam Lambert will find his own success and niche in the music industry. I guess we’ll just have to stay tuned to find out!
