Gossip Girl's Blake Lively isn't afraid to show some skin both on screen and off! Her Gossip Girl character Serena Van der Woodsen is known for her tight clothing and plunging necklines, and here Lively seems to be channeling some of her Gossip Girl alter ego.
Lively was at a New York City screening a few weeks ago wearing this white blazer with an oversized bow, short black shorts and a pair of white heels. Do you think she looks chic, or does she need to cover up?
