What is manga?
It's the Japanese word for comics-but there are no superheroes here! Shojo manga is about girls just like you, dealing with school, guys, friends, family-and did we mention guys? Most manga is in black-and-white, and shojo is written by girls forgirls, which makes it so perfect that we're reintroducing "The Adventures of CG!" manga-style!

How do I read manga?
Japanese manga is read from right to left, but since "The Adventures of CG!"is in English, you read it left to right, just like everything else.

What are those little baby-looking characters in manga?
They're called chibis. They represent characters in the story and are used to accentuate emotion or humor-like emoticons in e-mail.
