"I was walking my dog at the park when I bumped into this guy, and we hit it off right away. Actually, it was our dogs that hit it off at first. They were so excited about each other that they wound up tangling their leashes and pressing us together just like in the movies — except a little less graceful because we fell and both ended up a bit bruised. We exchanged numbers, but after about three weeks went by, I had given up hope that he'd call. Then the next thing I knew, my dog was missing. I went to her kennel, where I thought I'd find her napping, but she wasn't there. In her place was a note that was the first of many clues I followed. They led me to a romantic picnic in the park, where the guy with the dog was waiting. He had separate blankets for both of our dogs, and candles! It turns out he had been trying to devise a plan to meet again. He called my parents for their help. They thought it was so sweet that they helped him go behind my back and set up this awesome thing for me!"
