Step 1: Bend over and place your palms on the floor three feet in front of your toes.

Step 2: Extend your left leg as high as you can behind you.

Step 3: Bend your right knee slightly, then push off your right foot as if you were trying to kick into a handstand. Let your body swing up, then back toward the floor.

Step 4: Land on your right foot. Do 12 kicks, then switch sides and do 12 more.
