Taco Bell–like Soft Taco Supremes

10 7-inch flour tortillas (98% fat-free)
5 tsp taco seasoning
1/3 cup water
1 lb 96% lean ground beef
10 tbsp light sour cream
2 1/2cups shredded lettuce
1 1/4 cups chopped tomatoes
2 1/2 cups shredded low-fat cheddar cheese

Makes 10 tacos
Serving size: 1 taco

Have a healthy fiesta for you and your friends! Preheat oven to 400 degrees. Stir seasoning and water together and set aside. Preheat a medium nonstick skillet over medium-high heat for about 2 minutes, and place tortillas on oven rack. Crumble the beef into the pan and stir for 5 minutes or until no longer pink. Stir in spice mixture. Cook for 1 to 2 minutes or until no liquid remains. Take tortillas out and spoon 3 tablespoons beef into each. Top each with one tablespoon sour cream, lettuce, tomatoes, and a pinch of cheese.
