Chair Lift Twist 1

a. Stand with your feet together, then lower your butt about 8 inches, like you\'re about to sit in a chair. Don\'t let your knees go past your toes. Extend your arms over your head. Hold for one breath.

Chair Lift Twist 2

b. Bring your palms together in front of your chest, then slowly twist your torso so your right elbow is on the outside of your left knee. Slowly look up. Hold for one breath.

c. Slowly return to position a. Then do the reverse of position b on the other side. Hold for one breath. Slowly return to position a.
