Lie on your stomach with your palms on the floor below your shoulders, toes pointed and forehead on the floor. Use your lower back and your abs to lift your head and shoulders a foot off the floor. As you lift, pull your shoulder blades together. Don't push with your arms. You should be able to maintain the pose even if you were to lift your palms off the floor. Hold for 15 seconds.

Repeat 2 more times.
