Step Up - Part A

Stand with your hands on your hips and your feet together 12 inches to the left of an exercise step or flat box. Place the ball of your right foot on the center of the step.

Step Up - Part B

Step Up - Part C

Land as shown, with the ball of your left foot in the center of the step and your right foot about 12 inches to the right of the step. (You will have only one foot on the step at a time.) Without stopping, jump back to position b, then a. Do 3 sets of 20 reps (a–c equals one rep).
