Stretches your inner thighs, obliques
Tree Pose

Stand firmly on two feet, then shift your weight to your left foot and slowly raise your right foot to place your sole on your left inner thigh (if that's too hard, lower your sole to just above your inner knee). Tighten your abs to help keep your balance. Place your right hand, palm up, on your right knee. Then slowly raise your left arm toward the ceiling and slightly lean over to the right.

Hold for 30 seconds, then switch legs and repeat. If you fall, just start over.
