b. Stretch back as you gracefully raise your left arm up to the ceiling and behind you. Bring your right hand to your right knee. Hold for one breath.

c. Straighten your left leg as you twist your torso to the right and place your left hand on your left ankle. Raise your right arm to the ceiling. Slowly look up. Hold for one breath. Return to position.

Switch sides and repeat 3 times.
