This workout, created by Jennifer Cassety, a trainer at Crunch Fitness in New York City, tones and tightens your shoulders, upper arms, and back all the places your tank tops and dresses show off. Cassety suggests you do the workout two times a week, along with 30-minute cardio sessions (like jogging or dancing) three times a week. Keep it up for four weeks and youll want to go ride a roller coaster with your hands up just to show off your hard work!
EXERCISES:
1. biceps curls
2. pilates abs and shoulders
3. double-wide push-up
4. swimmer shoulders
Didja know? Walking on sand is 50 percent more effective as a workout than walking on asphalt.
