Seated Row

seated row, exercise, gymnastics, olympics, abs, obliques girl in orange tank top with blue resistance band A. Sit on a chair, extend your right leg, and rest your right heel on the floor. Stretch a resistance band (about $6 at sporting-goods stores) around your right foot and hold both ends in your hands with your arms extended.

Seated Row

Keeping your abs tight and your upper body still, squeeze your shoulder blades together and use just your arms to pull the band toward your body until your elbows form 90-degree angles (shown). Straighten your arms and relax your shoulder blades. Do 3 sets of 15 reps.
