Lots of skiers are good at one event, but Olympian Kaylin Richardson, 23, competes in five! And to do that, she needs to be in good shape before it even starts snowing. Here, she shares the moves she does to strengthen her muscles before the ski season. Do the whole workout three times a week and you’ll be ready to hit the slopes (or just look more toned in your leggings and fleece!) in about six weeks. Have fun, ski bunny!
