• Huckabee was one of the first presidential candidates to appear on The Colbert Report. While on the program, Huckabee asked Colbert (jokingly) to be his presidential running mate. Talk about comedic relief!
• A lot of people have hobbies, but good old Huckabee has two side jobs: He’s a musician and a minister. Can we say, multitasking?
• Although most consider Huckabee to be uber-conservative, he does have a couple of moderate points of view. He thinks illegal immigrants who are in the country should NOT be kicked out, and he doesn’t agree with how Bush has dealt with Iraq.
• What’s the problem? Huckabee’s side gig as a Baptist minister is concerning to a lot of voters. Could he separate his religious beliefs from his potential job as commander-in-chief?
